1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
Alffy (Alfinega) provides digital services including web design, SEO, graphic design, video editing, image editing, branding, digital marketing, animation, architectural design, and content creation. Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon in individual project agreements.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, timely feedback, required assets (images, copy, branding materials), and any third-party access needed to complete the project. Delays caused by late client responses may extend agreed timelines.
4. Payment
Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. Typically, a deposit is required before work begins, with the balance due upon completion. We reserve the right to pause work on accounts with outstanding payments.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon receipt of full payment, intellectual property rights for custom deliverables are transferred to the client. We retain the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing. We retain ownership of any reusable frameworks, tools, or code libraries developed independently.
6. Revisions
Each project includes a specified number of revision rounds as detailed in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged at our standard hourly rate.
7. Limitation of Liability
Alffy (Alfinega) is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability to any client shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, payment is due for all work completed to date. Deposits are non-refundable if work has begun.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uganda. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through the appropriate courts of Kampala, Uganda.
